Bulb for Educators is an operating system for bookings, payments, family communications and staff timetabling. Built for providers running children’s classes, camps, parties and lessons in Hong Kong, it has three connected interfaces: the family portal, staff portal and teacher webapp.
Families manage their bookings, your team works from the timetable, and teachers see the children coming to class. Changes flow through the system, reducing the need to update spreadsheets and repeat the same information in messages.
Yes. Your cancellation windows, make-up arrangements and venue rules guide the journeys families follow. Your team stays involved where an exception or decision is needed.
Families see their bookings, child details and the class notes and photos shared with them. Teachers see their classes, attendance lists, relevant safety information and authorised pick-ups. You and your chosen team members have the full view.
Connect to your payment provider from the selection offered during setup. Families can pay by card, Apple Pay or FPS, depending on the payment methods you enable, with payments settled to your account. We will explain the payment setup and any processing fees before you begin.
Yes. Your team can see the timetable across venues, with each member seeing the parts relevant to their work. Booking and make-up arrangements can reflect the venue a family chooses. If a location operates under a different name, or runs different programmes or policies, it may need to be set up as a separate venue. We will discuss this with you.
