What they do
My Gym’s age-based classes bring together games, balance, hanging, bar work and tumbling. Babies and younger toddlers join with an adult, before progressing into classes with more independent movement as they grow.

So much room to crawl, climb and explore. For us, the appeal was the variety rather than a tightly coached gymnastics session.
What the session was like
- Opening circle with songs
- Movement through different stations
- Swinging and trampoline activities
- A short train ride
- Closing circle using a body-parts doll
What we loved
- Climbing frames, slides, ball pits and bars, with space to move between them at our own pace
What we noticed
- The atmosphere was friendly and flexible. In such a large room, there was less close attention to each baby
- Plenty of freedom to explore, with lighter technical direction
Worth knowing
- The front entrance used an escalator; the back entrance had direct lift access
