The programme
Each booking admits up to two adults and one child.
Where possible we group families with children of a similar age. Groupings, instructors, session order and content may be adjusted where reasonably necessary.
The schedule
Sessions are held at the venues on the published schedule.
Session times differ from week to week. The schedule will be shared with you in advance.
We may modify the schedule, venues, instructors or content where reasonably necessary.
Attendance
This is a multi-week programme with a planned schedule. If you need a change, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you where possible.
If illness or personal circumstances mean you cannot attend, please WhatsApp us on +852 5972 9489. We will consider your request and try our best to help where possible; refunds and make-up sessions are not guaranteed.
In exceptional circumstances we may offer a make up, at our discretion and subject to availability.
Health and safety
Parents and carers are responsible for making sure they and their child are medically fit to take part.
Please do not attend if you, your child or an accompanying adult are unwell or have symptoms of a contagious illness.
We may refuse participation where attendance would pose a health or safety risk.
Parents and carers remain responsible for supervising their child throughout each session and on the premises.
Weather
A session will be cancelled if a Typhoon Signal 8, 9 or 10 or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force three hours before the session, or if we assess travel conditions to be unsafe.
We may also cancel if the Hong Kong Observatory advises that severe weather is expected.
If we cancel
We may cancel, postpone or amend sessions for venue issues, instructor illness, severe weather or anything else beyond our reasonable control.
We arrange a make up where we can, and otherwise decide the most appropriate resolution.
Conduct
Please treat instructors, venue staff and other families with respect.
We may remove a participant who is disruptive, aggressive or inappropriate, with no refund.
Liability
Taking part involves the ordinary risks of movement, play and group activity.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation except where caused by our negligence.
Photography
Photographs and video may be taken during sessions for Bulb and partner marketing.
Please email hello@bulb-hk.com if you would like to opt out of this.
Please be mindful you may photograph your own child, but not other children or families without their permission.
Your information
We handle personal information under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
Your details are shared with the providers running the programme so they can run the sessions.
We do not sell your information.
We may contact you about your booking, the programme, and future programmes. You can opt out of the last of those at any time.
Changes and governing law
We may amend these terms. The current version is always the one on this page.
Continuing to take part means accepting the amended terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
